8 date national theatre tour hosted by jazz saxophonist Leo Green. Events will be advertised locally on radio & in press.
Over the series of 8 dates, the iconic British radio station Jazz FM is
coming to top British theatres across the country bringing to audiences
the very best music as featured on the station. A selection of the cream of UK and international jazz artists will play on stage with the evening hosted and compered by leading Jazz FM presenter, Leo Green. The events themselves will feature the much loved classics as well as good fun, feel good contemporary music & will appeal to anyone who loves jazz. Sponsorship of Jazz FM On The Road is currently available to advertisers.
This is an opportunity for an advertiser to get maximum exposure not only through radio activity, online and app promotion on Jazz FM but also at the venue, across the eight performances. We will also be dealing with a range of regional newspapers to gain PR for the event which will incorporate sponsor involvement.
The presenter Leo Green will not only be playing in the band but will also compère the night, introducing the special guest artists as well as telling stories from his experiences as a jazz musician and presenter and son of the world famous Benny Green. Each theatre event will be treated as a 'shop' where an advertiser can sell or promote a range of their products and services. This will be amplified by a significant on stage presence by branding the music stands and having other branding or products featured.
This is a brand new property so no previous partners. We are looking to make the tour bigger each year with the ambition of taking it up to 50 shows within a 12 month period
It's a unique opportunity for a sponsor to not only target an on air, online and interactive audience but also to promote and present their products at the venue, including the stage. This will mean that any sponsors will have the opportunity to be exposed to nearly 5,000 people over the eight show tour where an audience will be focused on the stage, viewing a sponsors products for 2 hours a night as well as during the interval where a sponsor can sell or promote their products. On air activity will run for 3 months and will reach around half a million people a week.
