RBS HRSS approached Multiply as they were looking for an innovative learning solution to support their Raising Standards programme.
The aim of Raising Standards was to provide excellent customer service by motivating and empowering people to have clear accountability and to take ownership on delivering commitments to clients and customers. RBS needed the supporting learning programme for employees to deal with technical, personal and inter-personal elements of the learning need. Multiply successfully proposed a multi-faceted, blended solution.
We crafted a fully engaging, highly participative learning experience, which included:
-interactive eLearning modules to fully prepare learners for the workplace activities
-learning guides and action plans to support the programme
-workplace activities that focused on inter-personal learning needs and were practical, participative, engaging and - above all - relevant
-a proposal for an online HRSS customer service forum to deliver the benefits of peer to peer learning and act as an on going source of organisational learning
-Train the Trainer sessions
This blend of different learning strategies came together to create an engaging and informative learning experience that laid the foundation for a continuous learning culture within HRSS.
