Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Sky1 HD is proud to announce the arrival of a brand new drama show 'Lone Star'. Sky Media are offering advertisers the opportunity to sponsor "Lone Star", a provocative soap set against the backdrop of big Texas oil, from the creators of "Party of Five"; Marc Webb, the director of "(500) Days of Summer"; and creator Kyle Killen. "Lone Star" is due to air on Sky1 in from the start of January 2011; providing both television and online opportunities.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Excellent opportunity to build brand awareness and to associate with quality Sky1 programming.

How does it work?

Sponsors will receive 15 seconds opening & closing credits and 2 x 5 second break bumpers per centre break. Logo accreditation shall also be provided on all programme specific trailers that are 20 seconds or more in length. Additionally Sky1's Bafta-award winning new media team have created dozens of flagship experiences for the channel's hit shows at www.sky.com/sky1. The Sky1 site offers customised headline sponsor integration across its show sites next to exclusive access, photos and video interviews with the stars of hit Sky1 shows.
