The Kerrang! Awards is the biggest annual celebration of rock music in the world.
The Kerrang! Awards is the biggest annual celebration of rock music in the world. The awards take place at Islington Assembly Hall - a Grade II listed art deco building. The awards ceremony consists of an intimate gathering of 350 people, 70% of whom are musicians. This is one of the few awards shows that
musicians actually love to attend - none more so than Dave Grohl, who once brought his mother to the awards and who, last year, picked up two awards with the Foo Fighters. Very select media invites are available for the event ensuring high quality, targeted coverage.
The awards provide participating partners with a unique opportunity to speak to a
valuable audience that cannot be reached by other brands during a three-month campaign. They also afford brands the opportunity to showcase themselves to the music industry.
The activation around The Kerrang! Awards runs from April to June. As well as the awards in June, they include a further series of events designed to bring fans closer to the music they love eg: Kerrang! Awards Launch Party, Intimate Live Shows and In Conversation live stream.
