CASE STUDY - Future Leaders working with TES

Provided by TES Global
Future Leaders were looking to tap into the knowledge of experienced heads to help develop the next generation of leaders.

What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

Due to the head teacher shortage in England, Future Leaders were looking to tap into the knowledge of experienced heads to help develop the next generation of leaders. The new programme sees head teachers train and act as mentors to aspiring young teachers for a year.

What was the Campaign Objective?

The key objectives of the campaign were to engage with head teachers (Primary & Secondary) nationwide and drive traffic to the Future Leaders landing page through a range of different channels. Our innovative range of ad formats and 12.5 million visitors made TES the obvious choice to reach their target audience. The TES Display team worked closely with Future Leaders to create a range of impactful adverts.

What was the Solution?

Starting off with print, we targeted head teachers with a half-page spread in the TES magazine. That was supported by targeted emails, designed and built by TES. By using our large userbase, Future Leaders were able to send their message directly into the inboxes of hundreds of head teachers, at the click of a button. To engage users online, we created a series of online adverts using MPU, Double MPU and Leaderboard formats. These were placed across the whole of TES, including TES Jobs, Resources and Community with all users directed to the Future Leaders site.

What were the Results?

The results of the campaign proved the partnership was a great success and resonated with the target audience with CTR and Impressions both exceeding industry averages. Email Delivered 16,534 Open 5,760 Clicks 1,826 Online Ads Impressions 450,000 Clicks 716 CTR 0.16%
