Allowing our venues to smoothly switch to live sports is a fantastic asset to keep our places buzzing during sporting events. It's not just a win for the venues but also a big win for us and advertisers. Brands can advertise in the hour leading into and after the games when footfall and engagement is at its highest. The sporting events include Six Nations Rugby, Premier League Football Champions League and all major sporting events.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Sports is when our screens get the most love. People are there to watch, and that's when screen engagement is at its highest. This creates a distinctive opportunity for brands to connect with a dynamic 18-24 age demographic. Through our high-definition screens, projectors, and video walls, advertisers can engage this audience when they are most captivated helping to create a lasting impression.

How does it work?

The channel operates as a regular music video channel with scheduled ad breaks every 15 minutes. However, when there are live sports on such as Premier League, Champions League and other key competitions we allow our venues to seamlessly switch to live sports to ensure students remain glued to the screens in our venues. The channel always operates with full audio. Additionally, our Sub TV App allows students to request songs in their selected venue creating a strong engagement with the screens and increasing the dwell time in venues.
