To attract as many people as possible into the Market and encourage as many sales as possible.

What was the Solution?

Supply Sexy Santa's and Elves to spread Christmas cheer and encourage people into the market.

What were the Results?

Camden Lock market saw a big increase not only in people coming into the market but also in Sales and the campaign was deemed a success. The Consumers enjoyed hearing local knowledge and having staff dressed up in Christmas attire made the consumer feel more and not so much sold to.

What were the Key Learnings of this Campaign?

The consumer likes to interact with someone and will always fell more comfortable with a recommendation - when someone has already had a tried and tested approach. The leaflet the staff had were very much secondary and first and foremost staff were there to talk to passers by to educate them in what there was to offer in Camden and what specifically there was in the Camden Lock market square.
