The Ryder Cup is a competition that captures the imagination of the sporting world as it sees some of the world's best players joining forces and competing in golf's marquee team competition. The 2021 Ryder Cup promises to be another closely fought contest, with Europe looking to retain the Samuel Ryder trophy after a triumphant 17.5 - 10.5 victory at Le Golf National, France in 2018.

Sky Sports Golf is the biggest destination for golf in the UK and this sponsorship provides a fantastic opportunity for the right brand to align with an engaged and highly passionate ABC1M audience. Sky Sports coverage will include round-the-clock magazine programming and exclusive live coverage of all three day's play, plus all repeats and highlights.

How does it work?

The sponsor(s) will receive the following accreditation: Opening Ceremony - An average of 2 x 15" and 6 x 5" credits. Live Match Days - An average of 2 x 15" and 58 x 5" credits per live days play. Highlights - An average of 2 x 15" and 6 x 5" credits per show. Magazine - An average of 2 x 15" and 6 x 5" credits per show. SkyGo - An average of 1 x 15" for each Ryder Cup programme downloaded. Features / Benefits

The Ryder Cup returns to our screens in September 2021 for its 43rd outing and will be hosted at the famous Whistling Straits Golf Course, Wisconsin for the very first time. USA triumphed the last time the Ryder Cup was hosted on US soil and will no doubt look to emulate their dominant victory over Europe at Hazeltine in 2016. Europe on the other hand will enter the tournament as the defending champions and no doubt be prepared for the hostile reception they will receive.
