A Spooky Sponsorship presented by Alton Towers Resort & Chessington World of Adventures targeting famiies in the half-term week

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

We are looking for a sponsor for our family Halloween celebrations across both Alton Towers Resort and Chessington World of Adventures later this year. Running from 17th October to 1st November both parks will be open late providing the ideal opportunites for families to enjoy some spooky fun leading up to and including the half term week. We will be expecting in excess of 325,000 guests across the 2 parks, and are keen to work with a sponsor across both events which will offer a number of great brand activation and marketing opportunities to reach our core family market.

What is the Marketing Objective?

A fantastic opportunity to reach families, parents and children during some spooky half-term family days out.

How does it work?

Event Branding Opportunities Can Include: Entrance Banners at both Parks, Co-Branded staff jackets at CWOA, Gobo light projections in the evening, Sponsor branding on Halloween signage within the park and Marketing, Sponsor branding on press / Direct Mail activity promoting the events. Sampling opportunities are also available to the sponsor, with a reserved area for the sponsor to run bespoke experiential activity within the parks. Who's used it in the past?

Coca-Cola brands have previously sponsored events across the theme parks.

This year's Scarefect and Hocus Pocus are built on the success of the 2008 events, with many families repeat visiting.
