Barclaycard wanted to engage their credit card customers and show them the value and benefits of using their card. Barclaycard wanted to increase the volume of transactions and make theirs the card of choice when making a purchase and in turn develop a greater affinity with their customers.

Barclaycard developed a loyalty programme that gave customer points for every pound spent on their card. Once enough points have been collected these can be redeemed for a number of different rewards. M&S voucher products are the number one option for customers on this scheme.
