After an extended period of trial and review, Virgin Active purchased 200 Pool Platforms for their Swim School Programme.

What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

Many of Virgin Actives Swim School programmes had reached capacity due to the pool space available or timetable restrictions. Pool Platforms would allow Swim School to maximise pool space, increase programme capacity and improve lesson quality.

What was the Campaign Objective?

Virgin Active needed to overcome the limitations to their facilities such as pool depth and space available. These are huge barriers to the process of learning to swim for both parents and their children. Ultimately, we were looking to improve lesson quality, overall safety and class experience.

What was the Solution?

Virgin Active created a unique 360 degree bespoke platform designed to fit in with their branding and developed a feedback process to measure the improvements to their swim schools through the use of the platforms.

What were the Results?

Pool Platforms improved service delivery through enhanced lesson quality. The Platforms allowed for a reassurance and safety net for swimmers who were not yet lesson confident and learning out of their depth. They also added an exiting new interactive element to the lessons, the bespoke underwater designs make submersion a more exciting experience for children developing this challenging learning outcome. Positive feedback was collected from staff, parents and swimmers. Virgin Active purchased 200 Pool Platforms for their Swim School Programme.
