Proving an unrivalled success Activate Sport has continued to revolutionise children's sporting programmes. The Activate Sport programme is nationwide and runs throughout the year with a client database of 75,000 families and recently been working with over 80,000 primary school students.Camouflage fitness was successfully piloted in the midlands in the summer and winter terms of 2013 and now is ready to go to all UK families nationwide.

How does it work?

Parents often don't always make the connection that what they model,through their actions and their attitudes about exercise,impacts their children more than anything else.When families are active together it gives them a common sense of purpose and a goal.Moreover exercising together brings families together.It gives parents and children the opportunity to have meaningful conversations and to really get to know one another.Coaches work in partnership with schools to deliver subtle fitness programmes before and after school.

Who's used it in the past?

Pilot programs ran from May 2013 and were completed in October 2013.Schools throughout Wolverhampton have trailed the programme with alarming success, participation and involvement from families and school stakeholders.
