Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Associate your brand with LBC Olympic Countdown updates during the run up to the Olympic games. Content will include events such as the arrival of the torch, interview inserts and vox pops form the streets of London. Olympic countdown updates will air every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (to include 15 weekly spots/ 3 pieces of copy). The Olympic content will extend online to include more Olympic news stories, a photo gallery and the opportunity to win Olympic tickets online.

This is a brand new opportunity for a brand to align their brand with the Olympic games.

How does it work?

VO (Voice Over): LBC's Olympic Countdown with (insert client). Olympic Correspondent: 100 days to go and each week we'll be counting down to the the London 2012 Olympics... so this week Holly Bleasdale smashed her own British indoor record for pole vaulting to go second on the all time list with clearance of 4.87 meters, she'll be one to watch at the opening heats on Tuesday July 31st.. VO: LBC's Olympic countdown with (insert client). Production and scripts will be provided by Global's Olympic Correspondent and Commercial Programming team.

Features / Benefits

Scripts will change each week to reflect that weeks Olympic news. There will be production costs for scripting and producing. There will be the opportunity for listeners to win tickets to the Olympics through the LBC website.
