We are now working on volume 39 of The Wedding Guide UK. Over half a million copies of the books have been distributed since we launched The Wedding Guide UK in 2000 and we still have customers from the very first edition which is the best testimonial I could have! Books are available free of charge to couples planning their weddings. Last year they were available at over 300 wedding fairs across Yorkshire and the North East. 24,000 copies are printed annually via 2 runs of 12,000 each printed in June & December.

The Wedding Guide UK is a complete planning directory for brides to be. It has articles and timetables - everything they need to help them plan their perfect wedding. We have a limited number of local suppliers we recommend to the brides - people we know who do what they say they do. This is something which sets us apart from other publications.

We have many suppliers who have used our services for years. The fact they renew their contract year after year is the best testimonial. Scarborough Spa, Queensbury Jewellers and Kuda Bar and Club (under various different guises) are just three who have advertised since our launch in 2000. Craven Jewellers, Poppy Caterers, DJB Photography and Nikki Pix joined a few years later and are still with us. Vivienne Smith from Sophie Louise Bridal Couture advertised until she retired recently and has now joined our team selling advertising as she knows how well it works.

All our wedding suppliers appreciate the fact that the books are put directly into the hands of couples planning their weddings - you can't get more targeted than that! Also, the fact they are handed out at over 300 wedding fairs across Yorkshire & the North East means they know their information is getting to the couples even if they are not there themselves. We also offer wedding networking, encouraging wedding suppliers to work together. The North of England Wedding Awards is now in its 8th year and recognises outstanding customer service across our region.
