Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Sky Media are proud to announce the highly anticipated cricket tournament, ICC World T20, is now available to sponsor on Sky Sports! A successful 2011 campaign saw England become the world's number one T20 side and 2012 presents them with the chance to further cement this reputation in the games short format at the ICC World T20 this September. Sponsorship package all live coverage of all games including group stages, semi-final and final (15 live games), plus approximately 10 highlight shows throughout the tournament.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Opportunity to build brand awareness with a highly engaged male ABC1 audience.

How does it work?

The sponsor will receive an average of 15 seconds opening and closing credit; 18 x 5 second idents and 6 x logo breaks per live game. During the highlight shows the sponsor will receive 15 seconds opening and closing credits and 2 x 5 seconds credits per centre break (6 breaks per game). In addition to the broadcast sponsorship, the sponsor of the ICC World T20 will also be featured online and on mobile including: branded header with integrated logo, sponsorship strip on related news stories and banners across the Sky Sports News and the Sky Sports Cricket Score Centre apps
