Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Cycle Show is THE cycling exhibition in the UK and the show is growing year on year. As well as the opportunity to buy cycle products, there is a big emphasis on features including the Mountain BikeTest track, Commuter and Kids Test Tracks, The Fashion Stage and Cycle Arena. Each of these features are available for sponsorship and we are also looking for a Title Sponsor of the whole event.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Cycle is a platform for brand awareness as well as possible retail and experiential marketing through trial of goods, product sampling, data capture and can include corporate entertaining which can include private drinks. We have an extensive marketing campaign which has a cumulative reach of over 4 million people and is national as well as trade press.

How does it work?

Sponsorship opportunities include: Title Sponsorship, and Feature Sponsorship Branding: Cycling marketing collateral (100K direct mail), 4,000 posters targeting cycling industry around London, advertising and inserts in the core cycling magazines as well as national press and TFL advertising (tbc) At Show : Branding of the features and stand space available as well as sampling and promotional opportunities

Messaging and promotion on marketing materials including web content opportunities, data capture, branding and polling PR through associated media partners and show press campaign Incentives for staff through discounted ticket prices, VIP invitations Sponsorship of a feature with opportunity for branding, data capture, competitions, point of sale, on-site banners, corporate entertaining. All these benefits can lead on to road shows or further smaller sponsorsed events for example.
