Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

- The Galaxy Bar & Club Guide would run Friday and Saturday evenings highlighting the best hotspots to go to in the relevant Galaxy regions. Online guides are also available. - Targeting listeners as they're preparing to hit the town with their mates at the weekend. - The Galaxy Bar & Club Guide would comprise 60-90 seconds of pre-recorded presenter read information recommending the best club/bar nights to go to over the weekend - It would also highlight the best music in town - where to go for your kind of music and where your favourite DJ's will be.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Affiliation with a trusted brand communicating to an otherwise elusive youth audience who see the brand as a 'friend' and guide. This audience is cool, urban, trendy and concerned with staying fashionable and in touch with the latest technology. Association with a leading music brand and an authority on a good night out!

How does it work?

On Air: The Guide will be topped and tailed with the sponsor (strapline in outro only) e.g. The Galaxy Bar & Club Guide with Brand X - (brand strapline). Staplines can be rotated to highlight different messages the client may wish to put across. 15 x pre-recorded 30 - trailers Wednesday - Saturday. 4 x live 15 - DJ reads Wednesday - Saturday. 2 x sponsored features Friday & Saturday evenings. On line: Client branded Microsite set up to compliment on air activity, linked in from main Galaxy Site, detailing bars and clubs. Client branded Podcasts possible.
